Jill Goyette- Certified Personal Trainer
I enjoy Running. When I am not “running around” with my husband and sons, I am running for fun, fitness and for training purposes. I have completed many running races; including, but not limited to, 5K’s, 10 mile, half and full marathons; and obstacle course races. When it is time to relax, I love a good book and boating with family and friends.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. My interest in fitness and exercise grew when I started to run longer distances. In an effort to remain healthy, I began to explore all aspects of fitness. Health and fitness have been my passion for the past 20 years. As a child and a teenager, I struggled with being overweight. As a young adult, I realized I could manage my weight through healthy nutrition and exercise. By becoming a Personal Trainer, I am able to share my expertise with others. I find it very gratifying to help others who struggle with the same fitness issues that have plagued me my entire life. I know changing unhealthy habits is not easy! During my pregnancies, I gained 80 lbs and suffered from postpartum depression. Reuniting with exercise and healthy eating; not only helped me lose the weight, but it helped me find my identity again. Exercise has always been therapeutic for me. My life experiences allow me to identify and work with post-partum women, men and women trying to lose weight and stick with an exercise and diet plans, my athletism makes me an excellent trainer for youth, men and women alike. My education and knowledge give me the tools to safely work with all clients; regardless of physical limitations. Fitness is an integral part of my life. It is essential for my well being. Please allow me the opportunity to help you live a stronger healthier life and to become A Better You!
